PRS Mine EPC Construction | SX Tank, Reagent Station, Tailings Liner & EW Cell Installation
We provide Copper Electrowinning Plant End to End Design together with full on-site construction service for hydrometallurgical mining projects, from SX workshop to finished EW tankhouse and tailings anti-seepage works.
1. SX Tank Fabrication & On-site Welding
We reinforce tank steel frames and complete groove welding for mixer-settler SX tanks, the key facility to separate copper-rich liquid from raw ore slurry.
2. Full EW Electrowinning Plant Construction
Supported by our Copper Electrowinning Plant End to End Design, we finish full tankhouse installation: electrowinning cells assembly, lead anodes and stainless steel cathodes, cathode stripping machine installation, plus busbar and full pipeline layout.

3. HDPE Geomembrane Laying for Tailings Pond
Professional hot welding and laying of HDPE geomembrane on tailings pond base and slopes to prevent harmful liquid leakage.
