Structures Of Anode Lifting Frame
Main Frame/Cross-Member
A strong, high-strength steel structure designed for bending and torsional resistance, forming the backbone of the lifter.
Anode Grabs/Clamps

Equipment Needed:
Automatic Anode Jacking Frame: Designed to securely hold and lift the busbar.
Anode Jacking System: Electric or hydraulic hoists with adequate capacity for the busbar's weight.
Safety Gear: Helmets, gloves, and other personal protective equipment for the workers.
Procedure:
Preparation:
•Inspect Equipment: Ensure all lifting equipment, including the Automatic Anode Jacking Frame, Anode Jacking System, are in good condition and have the necessary load capacity.
•Safety Check: Conduct a safety briefing with all personnel involved in the operation. Confirm that everyone understands their roles and the safety protocols.
Securing the Busbar:
•Position the Anode Jacking Frame: Place the lifting frames around the busbar, ensuring they are evenly spaced and secure.
•Attach Anode Clamp: Securely attach the Anode Clamp to the busbar and the Anode Jacking Frame. Make sure the attachments are tight and stable.
Lifting the Busbar:
•Connect to Anode Jacking System: Attach the Anode Jacking Frame to the Jacking System. Double-check all connections for security.
•Gradual Lifting: Slowly lift the busbar using the Jacking System, ensuring it remains balanced and stable. Monitor the process closely to prevent any swaying or tilting.
•Communication: Maintain clear communication among the team throughout the lifting process to coordinate movements and address any issues immediately.
Positioning the Busbar:
•Move to Desired Location: Carefully Lifting the busbar to its new position.
Securing in New Position:
•Check Alignment: Once the busbar is in place, verify its alignment and secure it as required.
•Final Inspection: Conduct a final inspection to ensure everything is properly secured and there are no loose components.
Post-Lifting Procedure:
