why choose us
One-Stop Solution
We provide an end-to-end service that covers the entire project cycle—from engineering design, equipment manufacturing, quality inspection, and logistics coordination to on-site installation and commissioning—ensuring seamless control and consistent quality at every stage.
Rich Project Experience
Our team has successfully delivered a wide range of copper EW (Electrowinning) projects with capacities from 3,000 to 50,000 TPA. These projects span multiple countries and operating environments, giving us deep industry expertise and proven technical solutions.
Customized Design
Each project is tailored to local environmental conditions, ore characteristics, production targets, and customer-specific requirements. We provide optimized engineering layouts, equipment configurations, and process flow designs to maximize efficiency and long-term operability.
After-sales Support
We offer comprehensive after-sales service, including 24/7 technical support, remote troubleshooting, timely spare parts supply, and on-site service when required, ensuring reliable operation and minimal maintenance interruptions.

Lifting Mechanism: From simple hooks and cables to servo-driven or hydraulic systems for precise control.
Product Form Handling: Designs for ISA (split sheets) differ from KIDD (V-sheets/tacos).
Adjustability: Adjustable lifting points or centers of gravity (CG) to prevent tipping during lifts.
Material: Often stainless steel (316L) for corrosion resistance in corrosive electrowinning environments.
Integration: Can be standalone (beams) or integrated into automated stripping/handling machines (frames, arms).

Types of Manual Cathode Lifting Frame
Cathode Lifting Beams
Simple, robust structures designed to hook onto cranes for moving cathode blocks during maintenance (potlining) or handling.
Cathode Plate Hangers
More integrated frame structures with adjustable features (drive devices, balance arms) to hold and lift individual cathode plates, often fitting within stripping machines.
Multi-Crane Slings
Advanced systems featuring multiple adjustable hanging mechanisms on a single rack, allowing for simultaneous lifting and precise positioning of several plates, improving efficiency.
Preparation
Inspect the lifting frame (welds, hooks, clamps, pivots, locking pins, lifting points).
Check the lifting equipment: ensure the crane/hoist has enough capacity and controls work smoothly; verify slings/shackles are certified and undamaged.
Positioning the Frame
Move the crane over the cathode bundle.
Lower the frame to allow manual alignment.
Center it for balanced loading.
Engaging the Cathodes
Open or adjust the arms/hooks.
Slide or latch hooks under the cathode tabs.
Ensure full engagement and no misalignment.
Lock the frame if applicable.
Lifting the Cathodes
Signal the crane operator.
Lift slowly and vertically; stop if plates tilt or drag.
Reassess stability once clear of the tank.

Transferring the Cathodes
Move smoothly to the target location.
Avoid sudden movements or passing over personnel.
Lowering and Releasing
Lower slowly and evenly.
Ensure support before releasing.
Disengage hooks and raise the empty frame.
Post-operation
Inspect the frame.
Clean residue as required.
Report defects or maintenance needs.
Safety
Do not stand under a suspended load.
Keep clear of pinch points.
Stop immediately if slipping, disengagement, or swinging occurs.
Packaging & Transportation
Compact Packaging
Disassembled into frame + hooks for efficient container loading (fits 10 units per 20GP container).
Corrosion Protection
Frame coated with rust-inhibiting oil; hooks wrapped in VCI (volatile corrosion inhibitor) paper.
Installation Guide
Included step-by-step manual for on-site assembly (no special tools needed).
