Insert bolts correctly and keep the right insulating distance.

How a Shorting Frame Bar Works
Purpose
To confirm a circuit is dead before work begins, even after isolation procedures.

Personnel must stand with their backs to the conductor rail, look away, and apply the bar swiftly, as the resulting spark can be intense.
