Extraction agitator, also known as mixing tank stirring system, is core process equipment for extraction mixing stage, ore leaching section and reagent preparation system in copper hydrometallurgy. The complete unit consists of four key parts: explosion-proof motor & reducer assembly, vertical support frame, extended anti-corrosion stirring shaft and stainless steel impeller. Mechanical stirring realizes sufficient mixing and reaction between liquid-liquid and liquid-solid materials. Our agitators are widely applied in mixing chambers of copper solvent extraction boxes, acid leaching tanks, waste liquid neutralization tanks and reagent preparation vessels. No vertical mechanical agitator is required for main electrowinning cells.
