1. Strict Sourcing of Raw Materials
- Cathode Plate Body: Adopts standard 316L stainless steel directly sourced from TISCO, delivering stable material consistency, outstanding acid corrosion resistance and reliable material delivery cycles.
- Edge Sealing Strips: PPO raw particles are purchased from professional local PPO manufacturers to guarantee stable sealing performance.

2. Core Manufacturing Standards & Technical Benchmarks
All our cathode plates follow fixed factory-level technical standards to ensure consistent flatness, verticality, conductivity and corrosion resistance for every finished unit.
- The stainless steel sheath and inner copper rod form a complete metallurgical bond at the material interface. This composite structure greatly improves overall corrosion resistance and structural stability during long-term electrolysis operation.
- All cathode blades adopt 2B surface finish grade, providing a flat, uniform and smooth plate surface for consistent copper deposition.
- We use fully automatic flux-free robotic laser welding to join the stainless steel blade and conductive beam. The precision welding process avoids overheating deformation on the plate surface. All welds are smooth, neat and visually uniform after molding. This process firmly guarantees the overall mechanical strength, stable conductivity, blade verticality and plate flatness.
Strict Conductivity Resistance Tolerance Standards
We test electrical resistance for every finished cathode to ensure stable current transmission:
- Resistance between copper conductive end and blade bottom centerline point: ≤ 0.5 mΩ
- Resistance between copper conductive end and diagonal bottom point of the blade: 0.01 ~ 0.02 mΩ
3. Edge Strip Forming & Installation Steps
PPO raw particles are extruded into integrated edge strips via dedicated molds. Edge strips with tension bars are mounted on two sides of the cathode plate, with strip bottoms extending 2–3 mm below the blade edge.
