The Manual Cathode Stripping Machine is an integrated stripping line designed for copper electrowinning workshops. It combines automatic plate transfer with manual stripping, making it an economical and practical solution for small to medium plants.

The system ensures smooth handling of cathode plates, while keeping investment and maintenance costs under control.

System Composition & Workflow

The stripping line consists of six functional modules:

Cathode Receiving Conveyor – transfers cathode plates from overhead crane to the stripping area.

Manual Stripping Zone – operators manually strip deposited copper sheets from cathode plates.

Sliding Rail – stripped copper sheets slide smoothly into the stacking device.

Stacking Device – automatically stacks copper sheets in bundles for forklift transfer.

Sampling Station – enables random quality checks (purity, thickness, composition uniformity).

Dimensions: approx. 2550 × 490 × 3060 mm.

Cathode Plate Output Line – returns mother plates for cleaning and reuse.

Workflow

Cathode unloading → Conveyor transfer → Manual stripping → Sliding rail transfer → Automatic stacking → Sampling → Plate output.
