How to Make Grouting Between Cells

This video shows how to prepare and apply grouting between electrowinning (EW) cells, ensuring proper sealing, insulation, and structural stability.

Gap filling material preparation ratio:

• Resin: 6 kg
• Sand: 16.73 kg
• Accelerator: 0.05 kg
• Curing Agent: 0.075 kg

Strictly follow the ratio to mix materials evenly, which guarantees high bonding strength, good insulation and long-term sealing for your electrolytic cell.
